Security Supervisor Over Night

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Crabtree Valley Mall The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. • Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Education & Age High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Minimum age: 21 years Experience Minimum 2 years in the security industry, with 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred) Experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, and access control systems is required Must be willing to perform the duties of a Security Officer in addition to supervisory responsibilities Licenses & Certifications State Guard License required Must meet and maintain all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with clients across diverse cultures Organizational skills and ability to track and maintain schedule assignments Clear and effective oral and written communication skills Ability to write routine correspondence, logs, and reports Professional composure in handling unusual or challenging situations Must maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills Andy Frain
