LCDC Outreach, Screening and Referral (OSAR) Case Manager • Fort Worth, TX Recovery Resource Council is seeking a full‑time LCDC, OSAR Case Manager for our Recovery Services department. We are looking for a valued expert in substance use and community resources, expected to deliver high‑quality, accurate results while efficiently maintaining and enhancing existing organizational systems and standards. Qualified candidates are diligent problem solvers, able to work independently while adhering to contract requirements. A thoughtful, persevering, self‑disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is essential. Duties and Responsibilities Provide substance‑use screening, assessment, education, linkage and referral, and brief motivational counseling to support client needs. Complete all documentation in CMBHS and an EHR as required by grant and agency, including daily logs, client checklists, follow‑ups, satisfaction surveys, risk factor documentation, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Uphold the agency Guarantee at all times and approach all interactions with trauma‑informed care techniques. Conduct screenings for clients presenting for treatment for substance‑use issues and assist them with referrals and other steps toward treatment and recovery. Qualifications Full licensure (LCDC) preferred; provisionally licensed CIs considered if at least 2,000 hours and the exam have been completed. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) grant funding and Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) preferred.
