Housekeeper Floor Tech, AAMC, Full Time, Night Shift

Minimum Education Requirement Must be able to speak and read English. Must be able to comprehend hazardous materials labels. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions. Minimum Experience Requirement Prior experience that includes stripping, waxing, buffing floors is required. Prior experience in carpet cleaning preferred. Minimum License Requirement None Available Physical Requirement/Working Conditions Physically fit to perform tasks including walking, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. External applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions, either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case-by-case basis. This position works with heavy, loud vibrating machinery on a routine basis. This position works with stripping and buffing hazardous chemicals. This position must be able to ride, direct and manipulate motorized floor waxing machine.
