The AES Group INC is seeking a motivated Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team and support application development initiatives for one of our clients in the technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C#, .NET, web development, databases, and modern frontend technologies . You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and developing features to testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing application enhancements.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using C# and .NET.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and enterprise services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and software quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Follow established coding standards, development practices, and version-control processes.
- Contribute to application deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills
- Strong foundation in C# and .NET / .NET Core .
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services .
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC .
- Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
- Exposure to React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and modern source-control practices.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development practices is beneficial.

- 8+ year of experience in software development or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute across the application stack.
