Production Packer – Food ManufacturingAllegiance Staffing is hiring Production Packers for a leading food manufacturing company! As a Production Packer, you'll help package some of the nation's favorite snack foods while working in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and quality come first.Why You'll Love This OpportunityFull-time, long-term employmentMultiple shift options availableWeekly payOpportunity to cross-train and learn new skillsSupportive team environmentClean, safety-focused workplacePotential for advancementWhat You'll DoPackage finished products into boxes according to production standards.Inspect products for quality, weight, package seals, code dates, and overall appearance.Remove defective or undercooked product to maintain quality standards.Build and stack pallets safely and securely.Label boxes and prepare specialty packaging as needed.Perform rework and assist with packaging line operations.Provide break and lunch relief for fellow team members.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.Communicate quality or safety concerns immediately to your supervisor.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Non-slip steel toe shoes are required.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.Ability to stack boxes above shoulder height safely.Ability to stand and remain active for shifts up to 12 hours.Ability to bend, squat, stoop, twist, reach, and walk throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, production codes, and safety information.Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team.Willingness to cross-train on multiple production lines.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Work EnvironmentThis position is located in a food manufacturing facility where employees work around production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
