Registered Nurse II Emergency Department

Houston Methodist seeks a Registered Nurse II for our Emergency Department to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse, high-acuity patients. The RN independently performs comprehensive triage, assessments, and evidence-based interventions, manages rapid changes in patient condition, and responds to codes and trauma activations. Responsibilities include safe medication administration, IV therapy, and accurate EMR documentation. The RN collaborates with physicians and the care team, educates patients and families, upholds safety and infection-control standards, and mentors less experienced staff while supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
