Mortgage Processor II

Responsibilities You will be responsible for processing loans within designated builder communities and managing a pipeline of loans. This includes collecting, following up, and reviewing required documentation according to the guidelines of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA to facilitate closing and saleability of the loan. Other duties include updating files 45‑60 days prior to closing, preparing the file for final underwriting and pre‑closing, and evaluating all conditions of approval from the underwriting department. You must maintain communication with the borrower, builder, and assigned team to maintain high customer service levels. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience. Knowledge of and familiarity with real‑estate and mortgage terminology. Government loan experience is a plus. Strong communication, analytical and math skills.
