The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and effective communication skills, while maintaining the highest standards of horse safety and care./ppThis is a hands-on position involving driving company-provided trucks and trailers, assisting with horse handling, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations./ph3Equine Transportation/h3ulliSafely transport horses interstate using company-provided trucks and trailers/liliLoad and unload horses safely and calmly/liliMonitor horses during transport for safety and well-being/liliPlan and execute travel routes, rest stops, and travel schedules/liliCoordinate pick-up and delivery times with farm managers and leadership/liliEnsure proper documentation accompanies all transported horses/li/ulh3Equipment Operation Maintenance/h3ulliOperate company-provided trucks and horse trailers safely and responsibly/liliConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers/liliMaintain cleanliness and readiness of trailers and transportation equipment/liliMonitor vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate service as required/liliEnsure proper bedding and safety setup within trailers/li/ulh3Horse Care During Transport/h3ulliMonitor horse condition before, during, and after transport/liliEnsure proper hydration, ventilation, and comfort during travel/liliRespond appropriately to horse behavior or travel-related issues/liliCommunicate any health or safety concerns immediately/li/ulh3Compliance Documentation/h3ulliEnsure compliance with interstate transportation regulations/liliMaintain required documentation including health certificates and permits/liliFollow safety procedures and company transportation protocols/liliMaintain travel logs and trip documentation/li/ulh3Operational Support/h3ulliAssist with general farm operations when not transporting horses/liliSupport loading and preparation for veterinary visits or relocation/liliCoordinate with farm staff to prepare horses for travel/liliAssist with stall preparation and arrival logistics/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulli35+ years of experience transporting horses interstate/liliExperience handling thoroughbred horses preferred/liliValid drivers license with clean driving record/liliExperience operating trucks and horse trailers/liliStrong attention to detail and safety awareness/liliProactive mindset and ability to anticipate travel needs/liliEffective communication skills/liliAbility to travel frequently and work flexible hours/li/ulpExecutive Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace./p/div
