As a hands-on editorial force, the full-time Senior Editor, Thought Leadership will shape and produce original content for Workflow, focusing on enterprise technology and AI, while working flexibly or remotely. Key Responsibilities: Shape content pillars and storylines aligned with ServiceNow's business priorities and value proposition Define and maintain the editorial calendar for Workflow, ensuring quality and consistency in publishing Develop and pitch compelling story ideas based on original research and market signals, while conducting interviews and editing various content formats Required Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in editorial, journalism, content strategy, or thought leadership, preferably in technology or media Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of written work, including long-form reporting and executive content Experience managing editorial calendars and structured content workflows Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field Solid understanding of enterprise technology, AI, and the SaaS landscape
