Wastewater Project Manager

Mead & Hunt is a Top 100 national engineering/architecture consulting firm with a growing water/wastewater practice. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a senior level water/wastewater project manager/engineer to join our team. Responsibilities Serving as the project manager for civil/environmental water and wastewater projects Overseeing design as well as performing technical design tasks Drafting proposals with scope and pricing Reviewing client billings Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff Serving as a client manager Travel will be required. Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states Preferred Experience Designing water and wastewater projects, with specialization in one or more of the following project types: Large diameter pipelines Water/wastewater treatment Pump stations Effluent disposal and biosolids Stormwater Project management (scope, schedule and budget) Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff Client management for municipal and county governments If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self‑motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at Benefits Mead & Hunt proudly offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid sick leave, parental leave, a 401K plan with a generous company match, life and disability insurance, and an employee assistance program.
