Location: Isle at Cedar Ridge Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Help Residents Live with Dignity, Comfort, and Independence. We\'re looking for a compassionate and dependable Resident caregiver to join our senior living team. In this role, you\'ll provide hands-on support to residents while building meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life. Whether assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, or simply offering a caring presence, you\'ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for our residents. Our Resident caregivers are trusted members of the care team who help residents maintain their independence while providing the support they need to thrive. What You\'ll Own Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments Document resident care and services accurately and timely Support community activities and encourage resident participation Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Deliver exceptional resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence What Success Looks Like Residents feel safe, supported, and cared for Care plans and daily services are completed accurately and consistently Changes in resident condition are identified and communicated promptly Documentation is completed thoroughly and on time Residents maintain the highest possible level of independence Families and residents experience compassionate, responsive service Who This Role Is For Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for seniors A dependable team player who leads with patience and compassion An individual who is comfortable assisting residents with personal care needs Someone who values building meaningful relationships with residents A professional who can remain calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum six (6) months of caregiving, resident assistant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred CNA certification preferred but not required Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and daily care needs Current CPR certification preferred Must successfully complete all required state and company training Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements What Sets You Apart You lead with empathy and respect You take pride in helping others maintain dignity and independence You communicate effectively with residents, families, and teammates You consistently show up with a positive attitude and strong work ethic You understand that exceptional care is built through trust and meaningful connections Why This Role This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in senior living while making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
