What You’ll Do:

Cut & Prepare : Skillfully break down, trim, and cut various meat products following company standards.
Customer Focus : Help customers select their cuts of meat and fulfill special orders with care and attention to detail.
Keep It Fresh : Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, ensuring products are neatly packaged, weighed, and displayed to attract customers.
Stay Organized : Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting products, stocking, and preparing meats for sale.
Safety First : Practice all safety guidelines and ensure the well-being of yourself, your teammates, and our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a Meat Market or butcher shop is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn!
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
The ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 80lbs), standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
Basic math skills for weighing and pricing items.
A customer-first mindset with a friendly and hospitable attitude.
Reliability and trustworthiness, with a stable work or educational history.
