Are you passionate about delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for homebuyers? As a Loan Closer with a nationally recognized homebuilding and mortgage team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers reach the finish line of their homeownership journey. From preparing documentation to coordinating closings, your precision and customer care will help make the process seamless.

This is a full-time, on-site role, with room for growth, based in our mortgage operations office.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate and timely initial and final closing disclosures and loan documents
• Coordinate with title companies and manage funding wires
• Review signed loan packages for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and internal quality standards
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep the process moving

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in loan closing (preferred)
• Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting procedures, and compliance standards (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities
• A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
