Material Handler

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Material Handler. This position will be responsible for sorting and preparing shipments, skilled in scanning technologies. Also committed to error-free order fulfillment and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. This will be a 2nd shift position.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
• Understanding of computer systems.
• Organization.
• Daily shipping schedule attainment.
• Ability to lift objects.
• Ability to operate lifting and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Time-management.

The skills and experience you need:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Some shipping experience preferred.
• Warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Other:

Material Handlers use their organizational skills to ensure items are packed efficiently and safely on flatbeds or containers. Their goal is to load the most items for transport to serve clients who rely on warehouse shipments.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
