Your ideal job is: Assisting in the creation and management of quotations, working closely with the Quotations Manager and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely project execution. You enjoy: Interacting with vendors and customers, utilizing your knowledge of products to match customer specifications and drawings, and contributing to project success. What you’ll actually be doing: Quotation Support: Assist with generating plumbing quotations, ensuring product matches to customer specifications and working with vendors for up-to-date pricing. Customer and Vendor Interaction: Handle high volumes of sales calls and direct calls within the department, maintaining professionalism at all times. Project Assistance: Support Project Managers by processing transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns and managing smaller projects/jobs as assigned. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate job binders, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and follow all company policies and procedures. Team Collaboration: Serve as a backup to the Quotations Administrator, assist team members, and follow up on the status of purchase orders for existing orders. Our must haves: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in plumbing sales or a related field. General knowledge of plumbing products and the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Prophet 21. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detailed, and high volume environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
