Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support positive customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, listens carefully, and enjoys helping customers find solutions. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance. Answer questions regarding products, services, and promotions. Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Conduct follow-ups with customers and prospective customers as needed. Assist with customer acquisition and promotional activities. Address routine concerns and direct complex issues to the appropriate team. Communicate customer feedback and relevant information to team members. Maintain a positive and professional tone during every interaction. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
