Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, both in the office and the community.

  • Develop and implement integrated care plans that align with each client's unique needs and treatment goals.

  • Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings, ensuring that deeper evaluations are arranged as necessary.

  • Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, emphasizing evidence-based practices.

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in overcoming challenges related to their mental health.

  • Monitor client progress through regular assessments and documentation to ensure effective treatment and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

  • Possession of a current and valid LCSW license.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
