- Years of experience required: 2 - Experience required: Extensive in Hepatobiliary, Whipple, and Abdominal Organ transplant. Proficient in complex Spine, ENT, Neuro, intrabdominal transplant. - Certifications required: BLS, ACLS - First-timers accepted only with experience in Neuro/Spine/ENT - Charting System Experience: Required, EPIC - Must have skills in ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), Anterior cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Heart, Kidney, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laryngectomy, Liver, Lumbar fusion, Lung, Organ donation, Ortho/Spine, Radical neck dissection, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy, Whipple, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion) - Licensure: MO or compact license required. Pending license accepted. IL license required at time of submittal. - On-call requirement: Yes, amount of call dependent on unit needs. - Floating: Required to skill set level. - Local candidates: Not accepted within 75-mile radius. - Certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted. - All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline. - Experience required in: Neurosurgery cranial, Neurosurgery Spine, Orthopedic spine, ENT, Transplant, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery. - Must have facial hair allowing for proper fit testing during compliance.
