Associate Director, Stem Cell Research & Islet Foundry

Vertex is seeking a science leader to head the cell Foundry, driving stem cell‑derived islets for our Type‑1 diabetes program. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, push process innovations, and align efforts with Cell & Gene Therapy goals. The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in molecular or cell biology (or equivalent) with several years of leadership experience in biotech, and demonstrates collaboration, budgeting, and regulatory awareness in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
