Home Health Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse for our client in Flagstaff, AZ !

Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm; Weekend rotation; at least 36 hours a week

Pay: $52 to $55/hr

Location: Coverage area: 60 mile radius around Flagstaff, AZ 86001

· Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse:

· The contract RN provides skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, ensuring high quality, patient centered care in the home setting.

· This role is responsible for completing Start of Care visits, ongoing assessments, and clinical documentation while coordinating care with the clinical team.

· Ensure timely OASIS completion and meet productivity expectation of 30 points per week

Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona

· Must have one year of home health experience using HCHB
