Senior Employee Relations Specialist (Contract) - $57/hr We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives in a fast‑paced corporate environment. This contract role partners closely with HR leadership and managers to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations. Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Support HR operations within Workday, including organizational updates and termination processes. Partner with managers to resolve escalated HR concerns and policy‑related issues. Analyze exit interview trends and provide strategic HR insights. Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities. Assist with development and delivery of employee relations training programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5‑8 years of employee relations or HR experience. Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance practices. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
