The Challenge Embrace the rewarding challenges of this role, including: Early mornings and extensive driving. Conducting multiple site visits daily. Performing and documenting roof inspections. Stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve growth. Managing the pressures of rapid expansion and upholding your commitments. Primary Responsibilities To thrive in this role, you will: Engage with 2 to 3 prospects daily. Expand accounts and territories by helping customers achieve success. Collaborate with the sales manager to identify and seize opportunities. Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals. Your Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Google Suite and basic Microsoft Office applications. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Experience with CRM roofing software preferred. Strongly encouraged: Experience in selling to HVAC, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Management industries.
