Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a Guest Services Receptionist to deliver outstanding hospitality and support to guests, clients, and visitors. This role is ideal for a warm, service-oriented individual who takes pride in creating positive first impressions and resolving guest needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in guests/visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
Answer and direct incoming calls and messages
Coordinate reservations, appointments, or bookings as applicable
Provide information about services, amenities, or company offerings
Maintain accurate guest records and logs
Resolve minor guest issues and escalate as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends/evenings if required
Preferred Skills
Experience with reservation or guest-management software
Bilingual/multilingual abilities a plus
Background in hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing roles
