The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.Job RequirementsSix months previous CNA experience preferredAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishBasic computer skillsPrevious customer service experience preferredHigh School diploma or GED requiredGraduate of a Nursing Assistant Program requiredState registered CNA license requiredCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holdsPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. Our entire hospital team is dedicated to providing expert care in a warm, family-friendly environment. We are a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center.
