National Law firm in San Diego in business for over 100 years, has a need for an Associate Attorney focused on Employment Law. This can be done anywhere in California and you can work remotely. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. The Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of experience in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions and mediation. Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context as well as familiarity with public agency employers a plus.
