Lead Teacher Qualifications Child Development or Early Childhood Education (CDA, Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree) At least one year of teaching experience required. Must be at least 19 years of age. Lead Teacher Benefits 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday schedule: No evening or weekend hours! Year round classrooms. Class supply budget and paid planning time. Conscious Discipline Certification provided. CPR Certification provided. Employee Assistance Programs included at hire. Gym Membership included. Paid Time Off & Flexible Schedules.
