Job Description:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic Critical Care Unit that features a hybrid of ICU and PCU patients, including Neuro, Spine, Cardiac, Medical, and Surgical cases. Schedule & Details:
- 12-hour Night Shifts: 1900-0730, scheduled for 3 shifts per week
- Start Date: 04/26/2026
- Location: Critical Care Unit (exact address not specified)
- Floating: Will be expected to float to PCU/CCU and all inpatient units including Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Acute/Tele, and ED, based on experience
- Weekend Work: Every other weekend required
- Holiday Coverage: Based on unit needs; holiday coverage may be required
- Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit experience
- Proficient with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, drawing own labs, PICC, no vascular access team, and conducting own codes (must be comfortable)
- Valid KS RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, & NHIF certifications required
- Will start on 04/26/2026 at NEO main campus
- Orientation includes virtual and in-person training over 5 days
- No on-call requirements; no holiday pay elevation aside from unit needs
- Please ensure minimal time off during the World Cup (June 11 - July 19) as requests during this period may not be approved
