This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and execute test procedures and automated test scripts and tools using spacecraft commands, telemetry, and electrical ground support equipment. Daily responsibilities will require I&T test preparation leading to direct contact with satellite and space flight hardware. Candidate must be able to tackle issues utilizing skills obtained in the field of electrical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably as it relates to system-level integration and test.In this job, you will:Understand complex electrical circuits and software within the flight hardware and test equipmentDevelop Integration & Test tools, scripts, procedures, specifications, and limitsExecute unit-level, subsystem-level, and system-level testing, monitoring tests per specification, troubleshooting, and documenting all test activitiesSupport test anomaly troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, corrective action solutions, and nonconformance documentation for testing of flight and non-flight hardware/software, understanding when and how to proceed per NG/program processParticipate, prepare, and present material in program review boards (ERBs, TRRs, FRBs, etc.)Coordinate with ITEE team leads, electrical floor operations, and I&T managers to complete taskingOther duties as assignedThis position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 10 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 8 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
