Job Description Corporate Associate Attorney (3-5 Years of M&A Experience) | Greater Seattle Area A growing transactional practice is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its team in the Greater Seattle area. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to continue building sophisticated transactional experience in a collaborative environment with strong deal flow and direct client exposure. The practice handles a broad range of corporate matters for established companies, emerging businesses, and private clients across multiple industries. Associates are given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex transactions from start to finish.
