Salary: $15/hr - $20/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team in the Raleigh/Durham area. The ideal candidate will have experience in site preparation and clearing, grading, utility installation, and material handling. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and clearing construction sites
- Grading and leveling earth
- Installing utilities
- Digging trenches and backfilling holes
- Compacting earth using mechanical equipment
- Handling and transporting materials
- Assisting in site clean-up
- Supporting skilled trades as needed
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Documenting work progress
- Working effectively as a team member

Requirements:

- Proficient with shovels, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
