Why You’ll Want This Job Competitive hourly pay with offshift premium Sign‑on bonus for qualified external candidates Stable, long‑term role in an aerospace industrial environment Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays Hands‑on mechanical work with large‑scale industrial equipment Team‑oriented environment with opportunities to apply a wide range of skills Work that directly supports efficient and safe production What You’ll Do Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment Construct machine foundations and securely attach equipment Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times What You Bring High school diploma or GED 3‑5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel Self‑motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused approach to work Pay and Benefits Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $35 USD, based on experience. The position includes off‑shift premium, a sign‑on bonus, 80 hours of paid time off per year, 10 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and eligibility for the company 401(k) plan.
