You’ll work in our Fort Worth, Texas location and report to the Accounting Manager.You’ll possess strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. Additionally, you’re looking for a career in a growing and fast-paced company.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Manage accounts receivable to include (but not limited to): Cash Application & Lockbox Management: Post cash for multiple subsidiaries deposit accounts, including the daily processing of lockbox entries.Strategic Collections: Manage collections for multiple subsidiaries Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations for the prior week’s activity to ensure financial accuracy. Client Relations & Support: Manage and resolve client inquiries through the Zendesk ticketing system, serving as a primary point of contact for external communication. Targeted Outreach: Perform direct, high-level outreach for customer accounts that exceed 90 days past due (specialized focus on high-priority accounts). Financials: Ensure the accuracy of company AR agingDocumentation: Maintain accurate and complete filing systems to ensure proper documentation of AR which meet standard accounting regulations.Communication: Liaison with Client Services and/or Sales Ad hoc tasks as neededWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:0-3 years of corporate accounting and/or AR related experienceBachelor degree in Business, Accounting or similar field is a plusExcellent communication skillsStrong customer service skillsStrong excel skills Netsuite experience is a strong plusWORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS:Awesome company environment and benefits with a great management team.
