Junior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Assist with developing project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and track deliverables to ensure tasks remain on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and help identify, document, and address risks and issues.
- Communicate project status and updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support project management best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support to project teams.
- Support relationships and communications with external partners and vendors.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project documentation effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across project teams and stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource coordination.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, reporting, and process improvement.
- Experience working with vendors or external business partners.
