We are currently seeking a Data Architect Sr. Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Lead Solution Architect – Databricks

Role Purpose

Own Databricks-led opportunities and delivery architecture.

Common Responsibilities

• 50% billable utilisation through customer engagements.
• 50% contribution to pre-sales, consulting and practice development.
• Customer workshops and executive presentations.
• Solution estimation and commercial support.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Partners and UK leadership.
• Development of reusable accelerators and knowledge assets.

Role-specific Responsibilities

• Lead Databricks solutioning and customer workshops.
• Prepare estimates, proposals and migration strategies.
• Lead Databricks architecture on billable projects.
• Own Databricks CoE, accelerators and technical standards.
• Coach engineering teams.
