As a Back of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest by providing fast, accurate, and friendly service while making each person feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create genuine connections with guests through warm, attentive hospitality
• Make every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and valued
• Provide fast and accurate service while maintaining a positive attitude
• Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with guests and fellow Team Members
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on commitments
• Be coachable and willing to learn, grow, and receive feedback
• Support and encourage fellow Team Members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Follow Chick-fil-A Midland Drive standards, policies, food safety expectations, and dress code
• Be willing to step in and help the team wherever needed
