Work Environment
This position is entirely remote, promoting work-life balance while allowing you to contribute significantly to mental health care from the comfort of your own environment. You will engage with clients through telehealth sessions, providing flexibility in scheduling and enabling you to serve clients across the Gilbert, Arizona area, and potentially beyond. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a structured yet adaptable approach to client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective healing.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client information is secure and private.
- Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights that enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment processes, and available community resources, empowering them in their journey towards recovery.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practices, continually enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- An active, state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to provide targeted and effective interventions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on establishing therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
- Proven ability to navigate complex clinical situations and guide clients toward positive treatment outcomes.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
