The Department of Economic Security, Division of Technology Services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Systems/Network Engineer. This position will serve as a Senior Enterprise OnBase Administrator. This position assists with daily support, maintenance, governance, and customer service of OnBase systems, including various OnBase Modules, SQL Monitor, and applicable integrations such as: Okta Workforce and/or Active Directory. This includes configuration within these systems and integrations as requested. Daily activities include supporting divisions, prioritizing and distributing tickets, and configuration of policies. Other duties include configuration and troubleshooting of complex issues, support strategy sessions, provide industry best practice guidance to leadership, and participate in projects to extend automation opportunities. This position does require residency within the State of Arizona. The State of Arizona strides for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust. Job Duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain, monitor and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support. Troubleshoot issues within the environment. Prioritizes and plans work activities and sets goals and objectives. Conducts daily Event Viewer analysis, identifies and characterizes incidents, generates incident reports, and investigates suspicious activity. Performs system analysis, designs, constructs and tests infrastructure. Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Creates process documentation for internal use. Participates in meetings, support strategy session and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency. Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines, and policies. Provides guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions. Travel within the State of Arizona Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of: Various infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise SQL Management Studio Advanced information system configuration management Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services, Okta and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise Installing of PC Software Evaluating and testing of emerging technologies OnBase Troubleshooting Tools, OnBase Reporting Dashboards, OnBase Workview/Workflow Unity Scripts API integration Skills In: Strong customer service Excellent interpersonal communication, written and oral Expert troubleshooting Analyzing existing performance trends and recommend adjustments or changes where required Developing and writing technical documentation Ability to: Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization Perform advanced design, maintenance and repair of servers Travel within the State of Arizona Selective Preference(s): This ideal candidate for this position will have: N/A Pre-Employment Requirements: This position may require driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business, then the following requirements apply: Driver’s License Requirements. Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) 41-1969 (Information Technology):Employee shall obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 41-1969. Bachelor's degree or 8 years of extensive experience in systems engineering (or equivalent experience). In-State Travel within the State of Arizona.
