In 2026, DH Pace celebrates its 100th anniversary. Position Project Administrator/Biller – Springfield, MO Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients. Assist with general administrative tasks. Support internal and external reporting functions. Maintain communication with vendors. Ensure all necessary paperwork for divisions and subcontractors is completed and submitted on time. Regularly update systems and platforms to document communications and service request updates. Take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative office experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. Strong communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving abilities. Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) prior to hire.
