Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARDMS certification for a 13-week travel contract at a community hospital.

Details

• Community hospital echo/cardiac sonography unit
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every third weekend required
• Call coverage required Monday–Friday every other week
• GE equipment used
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of echocardiography/cardiac sonography experience
• Community hospital experience required
• Active ARDMS and BLS certifications required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Compact or NC license required if applicable, and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Proficiency with GE equipment required
• 1 supervisory reference within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at a modified rate

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Flu vaccine required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted
