Join our team at Infiniti of Springfield as a Sales New/Used professional where your passion for automobiles meets exceptional customer this role you will connect with customers to guide them through the purchase process helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships ensuring a positive memorable experience that reflects the Infiniti brand.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Infiniti vehicles highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options to close sales effectively.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Infiniti products current promotions and industry trends.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
