*About the Role*

Odyssey Charter School and Odyssey Preparatory Academy are seeking dedicated ESE educators across all grade levels (K-12 certified).

Our schools are *rooted in a holistic, whole-child educational philosophy* that supports strong academics, character development, and student well-being. *About Our Schools*

Founded in 1999, Odyssey Charter School (K–12) and Odyssey Preparatory Academy (K–5) are *Cognia-accredited public charter schools* serving approximately *2,400 students from Preschool through Grade 12* across two campuses on Florida’s Space Coast. We are looking for exceptional teachers that want to support our mission in nurturing healthy, well-educated children.

*Responsibilities*

* Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction
* Create a positive, structured classroom environment
* Collaborate with colleagues through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
* Use student data to inform instruction
* Communicate effectively with families
* Integrate health, wellness, and character education into instruction
* Participate in professional development and school initiatives

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education or a related field
* *Florida Exceptional Student Education certification*
* Teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Commitment to whole-child education; Montessori experience a plus

*Compensation & Benefits*

* Salary range: *$51,000–$68,000*
