Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: Johnstown, PA Employer: ConnectHealth Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PERINATOLOGIST *Doing deliveries is no longer a requirement Coverage: MFM Coverage Needs: Urgent need March 20- March 30 Continuous coverage is needed as well. *The site is open to a locum to perm candidate. REQUIREMENTS • Active PA State License [any bid posted w/o an active PA state medical license will be rejected] • Active PA DEA (permanent PA DEA - address change will not be accepted) • Board Certification through ABOG with a subspecialty in MFM. • Successful completion of a residency in OB/GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA. • Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA. MUST ACTIVELY PERFORM DELIVERIES, C-SECTIONS, FETAL ECHOS, CVS AND GYN U/S. CNM IS 1ST CALL, OB/GYN IS 2ND CALL, MFM IS 3RD CALL (B/U TO OB/GYN). PRACTICE • Practice Type: Multi-specialty group • Current Number of Providers: 6 total: 2 Perinatologists, 3 OB/GYN, 1 GYN • Support Staff: Neonatologist- 2, CRNP- 3, CNM- 5, NICU in-house midlevel providers- 7 • Practice Setting Required: Inpatient & Outpatient • Patients Per Day: Outpatient- 30, Inpatient- 10, Admissions- 2, Discharges- 2 • % C- section/Response Time: 15 Minutes • Average of Patients Per Physician/Day: Clinic- 30, Hospital- 5 • Average of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 • Weekend Requirement: No • Certified Nurse Midwives take 1st Call • EMR: Epic • Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program • Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service
