Responsibilities Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, maintain a compliance‑first mindset, and ensure all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met. The Digital Concierge – Educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to gain convenience and security. The First‑Line Consultant – Identify client needs through active listening, uncover personal or business goals, and match them with the right digital tools or banking solutions. The Hospitality Lead – Greet customers and ensure no one feels like a number, balancing high‑volume efficiency with a community‑focused warmth. Essential Functions Support surrounding Branches within a 50‑mile radius; occasional assistance to other locations in the region. Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; hours subject to change. Adapt to business‑driven schedule adjustments beyond reasonable notice. Attend all required training sessions, even if on a different schedule. Lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
