Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 4 days per week, 9-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 36 guaranteed hours per week | Rotating on-call requirements including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a circulating RN in a critical access facility operating environment with 3 ORs and 2 endoscopy/procedure rooms
• Provide direct perioperative nursing care for a diverse patient population including endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and ophthalmology cases
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout the perioperative process, ensuring patient safety and quality care
• Operate and assist with surgical equipment including Stryker, Storz, and Steris systems
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekend call from Friday at 4:15 PM through Monday morning at 6:45 AM and rotating holiday call

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room / Circulator experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to fulfill rotating on-call and weekend call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub technician experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Stryker, Storz, and/or Steris surgical equipment
