Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.

- Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and recommendations.

- Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry-standard timeframes, adhering to pricing guides.

- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.

- Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.

- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management guidelines.

- Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.

- Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HVAC/R troubleshooting, repair, and installation.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building comfort, and energy efficiency principles.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical ability to perform repairs, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environments.

- EPA 608 Certification

Pay Structure:

-$70,000 - $100,000+ /year
