Arrow Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established manufacturing company in Chino. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:
- Manage medium to large customer accounts.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately.
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product availability, and order status.
- Communicate with customers regarding garage doors, commercial doors, parts, and related products.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants and internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
- Process warranty claims and follow through to resolution.
- Notify customers of backorders, inventory availability, and credit issues.
- Monitor daily LTL and UPS shipments.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, scrap processing, and loss prevention as needed.
- Provide product and technical support to dealers and customers.
- Support architects and other departments when required.
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Stable work history is required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Experience with order entry and account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel .
- Basic math skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn company products and processes.
