Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving children and families. This is an onsite opportunity based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical programming, and partner closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.
