Position Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Agency & Permanent Placement Opportunities

Location: Multiple Locations Available Nationwide

Schedule: Various Shifts Available (Days, Nights, Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapists (RRTs and CRTs) to join our team! We’re hiring for both agency/travel assignments and permanent placement positions across a variety of healthcare settings — including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers.

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and assess patients’ responses to therapy, adjusting treatments as needed.

• Manage and operate ventilators and other life-support equipment.

• Perform diagnostic tests, such as arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and pulmonary function testing.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

• Current RRT or CRT credential (NBRC certified).

• Active and unrestricted state license (or eligibility for licensure in assignment location).

• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred (facility dependent).

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities.
