As an Assistant Fun Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the organization's daily operations, store opening and closing procedures, and staff supervision. Responsibilities Manage, adhere to, and improve our detailed operational practices Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts Track and forecast operational trends and analysis Provide daily operations including opening and closing of facility as MOD Maintain formal policies and procedures Work weekends and holidays Qualifications/Experience Previous experience in either/all: arcade, bowling, family entertainment center, movie theater operations, or other directly related experience Technical and detail-oriented management skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong leadership qualities Special way of getting along with others, both teammates and customers Maturity and responsibility are key characteristics Education High school or equivalent (required) Associate Degree (preferred) Job Types Full-time Part-time Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability Night Shift (required) Day Shift (required) Benefits 401(k) with matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Paid time off Benefit Conditions Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees are eligible Getting to Work Location: Paramus, NJ 07652 Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Driver's License (preferred) COVID-19 Considerations We invested in special MERV13 air filtration specifically designed to catch Coronaviruses.
