Position: Nurse Practitioner- Dialysis Rounding
Location: Conyers, GA 30012
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No after-hours or weekend responsibilities

Compensation Details:

• Base Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000 per annum

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing dialysis. This role involves rounding across multiple dialysis units, ensuring high-quality, consistent patient management, and maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice
• Experience in nephrology, dialysis, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with EMR documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
